Step 1: Sampling
Place the tea leaves in the tasting tray and observe their appearance, color, and shape.
Step 2: Weighing
Take a sample evenly from the tea tasting tray and weigh the tea leaves at a ratio of 1:50 (take 3 grams).

Step 3: Brewing
Pour boiling water into the cup until it is full, cover the cup, and let it sit for 5-6 minutes.
Strip-shaped tea: 5 minutes; White Peony Oolong: 5.5 minutes; Ball-shaped tea: 6 minutes.
Step Four:
Place the examination cup horizontally over the tea bowl, allowing the tea to flow into the bowl, while the tea leaves remain in the cup for aroma examination.

Before brewing, examine the appearance and color of the tea. After the tea is poured into the examination bowl, examine the color of the liquid. Then, inhale the aroma of the tea leaves in the cup several times. Next, take an appropriate amount of tea into your mouth, shake it on your tongue to allow the tea to come into contact with the air and cover the entire surface of your tongue. Exhale the aroma of the tea in your mouth through your nose to integrate the aroma and taste. Finally, examine the tea leaves to comprehensively evaluate the quality of the tea.
