Welcoming distinguished guests from afar with a tea ceremony
Yuan Rong Hall, located at the Chiao Hsi Old House, hosted distinguished guests from Russia – the Children's Ensemble of Dance “Radost” (Joy).
They won the first prize at the Berlin International Dance Competition in Germany and were awarded the title of Honorary Children's Dance Troupe by the Russian Ministry of Culture in 2010. They specialize in Russian folk dances and have performed more than 350 children's dances and dance routines from various countries. They are the most popular performing group at the Yilan International Children's Folklore Festival.
These lovely guests were full of curiosity and eagerness to learn about Taiwanese tea. They shared and exchanged ideas with us enthusiastically. It was their first time experiencing the beauty of tea at Yuan Rong Tang, and they even came back to buy tea after the performance. We were thrilled and touched. Thank you for your wonderful dance performance. We are so happy that they also like Taiwanese tea.
