Regardless of their position, all Yuan Rong 's colleagues are encouraged to learn the basic tea-making etiquette.

In addition to lectures on tea knowledge, courses will also be arranged for hands-on training in tea etiquette, from warming the cup, adding tea leaves, pouring water, brewing tea, serving tea, etc., practicing repeatedly until proficient. Being able to brew and serve tea for yourself and others on ordinary days is a very therapeutic thing.
