Taichung City's Shuainan Central Park, which is 2.58 times the size of Daan Forest Park, will open on December 6. The park features 10,000 native trees, 12 sensory experience facilities, smart streetlights, and sensors, embodying the city's "low-carbon, smart, and innovative" concept. On the opening day, the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra and Paper Windmill Theatre will perform. There will also be three markets: cultural and creative products, agricultural products, and food. 500 bunches of Oncidium orchids and 6,000 potted herbs will be given to the participants.
