During the event, tasting cups were used as the main tea-brewing utensils, and aroma-smelling cups and tea-tasting cups were used for tasting. This allowed the foreign guests to learn how to smell the aroma, observe the color, and taste the tea. Through a simple yet solemn brewing process, they were able to brew their own unique Taiwanese flavor. The foreign guests were all focused and asked many questions, curious about the control of brewing time and temperature. How to bring out the best flavor from the tea was a topic everyone wanted to master.
