Lingkong teapot stand
In the late Northern Song Dynasty, Ru kiln was monopolized as an official kiln, exclusively producing porcelain for the imperial court. Later generations further ranked Ru kiln as the premier celadon kiln in the north and the crown of the five famous kilns.
The literature further describes "sky blue as the most precious," describing the glaze as having a delicate pinkish-green body, pure gold, and a rich, lustrous sheen. The glaze is elegant in color and has a warm, smooth texture.
After being refined at a high temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius, only the finest quality is selected. Simple yet profound, naturally formed, its unadorned artistry makes it a precious and enduring treasure.
Ru ware iron-spotted glaze
Ru ware is the pinnacle of porcelain, with its glaze being pure, lustrous, and refined, rich in poetic imagery.
After firing in the kiln, the iron elements form black iron spots, which adorn the sky-blue porcelain glaze, creating a serene and charming effect, like twinkling stars in the sky.
The glaze of porcelain expands and contracts with temperature changes, creating an ever-changing "crazing" phenomenon that has rich and diverse aesthetic value.
